Friday Wealth is a real estate investment advisory venture founded by Jagdeep Singh Sandhu, Karan Bansal, Gurpreet Sandhu and Kamaldeep Singh. Each of us has worked across different countries and continents in the real estate sector, gaining exposure to international markets, investment practices and customer expectations.
After years of global experience, we came together to build a platform that brings professional and transparent advisory services to Indian property investors.
Our approach is based on research, not sales pressure. We study projects, verify developer credibility and evaluate location growth before recommending any opportunity. The aim is to help clients choose property based on long term value rather than short term marketing.
We assist investors and home buyers across residential apartments, plotted developments and investment focused properties. From understanding requirements and arranging site visits to documentation support and post booking guidance, the team stays involved throughout the process.

After completing my Bachelor of Technology and gaining national and international exposure, I built a career spanning over 16 years in the human services industry before stepping into the world of real estate investments. Throughout my journey, I have developed a reputation as a clear communicator and a confident presenter—skills honed during my early years as a stage performer and anchor at youth festivals. These experiences have grown into professional strengths, allowing me to lead with influence, inspire trust, and build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. I am blessed with a supportive family—my parents and my wife, who are my pillars of strength—and I am a proud father of two wonderful children who inspire me every day. At Friday Wealth, I work on evaluating projects, building developer relationships, and planning expansion strategies so that investors receive options that are both secure and practical. Additionally, I bring 12 years of international experience in real estate, working across diverse markets and client profiles.
